SHIPPING 

Your products will depart our store in 1-3 business days after your order has been processed, which happens from Monday to Friday.

Business Days are those days that fall between Monday and Friday during Eastern Standard Time, excluding the Post Office-observed holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas, Presidents' Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Presidents' Day.

During huge sales, promotions, the launch of innovative products, and holidays when everyone is trying to make use of our fantastic rates, there is a decent possibility that it will take the whole three business days (sometimes a day or two more) to get these orders out of our storage.

It should take 5 to 10 business days to arrive (during ordinary seasons)

The time required to process your purchase & produce your products is not included in the aforementioned expected delivery times, so be aware of that.

We are currently unable to deliver to US military installations. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

On all orders, you will undoubtedly receive free delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking link so you can follow your order all the way to your home! Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan your goods and enter them into their system.

If you try to track your package and there is no available information, the courier simply has not yet processed your delivery yet. As soon as the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will begin to show up on the tracking site.

Orders placed domestically normally arrive in 5 to 10 business days.

Please take note that the transit times do not account for the period required to produce your goods before shipment!

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a "return to sender" or "unclaimed" label, or any other reason by the last-mile carrier, we will get in contact with you. When the package is returned to us, our returns team will handle it and reimburse the order's subtotal.

The parcel must return to our facility before such a refund may be given.

Remember: It may take your bank 2–5 business days to process and credit your account once we've processed a refund.

Since we cannot be held responsible if your product is sent to the wrong address, please double-check the address you enter at checkout.

If you ask the last mile carrier to forward or redirect your package after the order has left our storage, we are not responsible if it is misplaced, stolen, or destroyed.
