You accept the terms below by using Ganeon to place your order. We established these guidelines so that you are fully informed of how we handle returns and refunds. These regulations apply to the United States.

  • 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Our 30-day return policy gives you 30 days from the day you receive your product to submit a return request. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

  •  RETURN PROCESS

You can get in touch with us at contact@ganeon.com or +1 201 971 9905 to begin a return. When your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to deliver your box as well as a return postage label from us. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

  •  DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please check your order carefully when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is amiss, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.

  •  RESTOCKING FEE

On returns, we don't charge a restocking fee.

We don't charge a return shipping fee. 

  • REFUNDS

Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.

  •  MISSING OR DELAYED REFUNDS (if applicable)


Check your bank account one more first if you haven't gotten a return yet.

Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.

Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.
