CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?

You shouldn't alter your billing or shipping address details after placing an order. During the order processing phase, if you need to make a change, please email our Customer Service Department at contact@ganeon.com as soon as you can. We can ship to the new address if the package hasn't been sent out yet. The shipping information, however, cannot be updated while the shipment is en route if it has already been shipped.

Yes, I agree. A copy of the invoice will be emailed to you as soon as we receive your order and payment has cleared.
